Frequently Asked Questions

Does Systematic Kinesiology work remotely?

Yes, this is called surrogate testing. It works by using the client's hair (including the bulb, which contains DNA). This is placed on another individual’s naval area, allowing a remote connection to initiate. This can be done for people of all ages. I personally use it often with my young baby and have witnessed amazing results.

From what age is Systematic Kinesiology effective?

Kinesiology is effective for all ages and all kinds of people. It can even help anyone suffering from a painful injury, newborns or people who have trouble with mobility through surrogate testing. This eradicates the need to get on a treatment table.

How long is a session?

The initial consultation is scheduled for 90 minutes, while subsequent follow-up sessions typically last around 75 minutes. However, the duration of appointments may vary based on the specific needs and imbalances of each individual. The extended duration of the initial consultation is designed to provide ample time for me to better understand you and your unique circumstances.

Are there any other costs involved?

Nutritional testing is a big part of kinesiology. If a certain vitamin, mineral or batch flower essence tests as a priority, it will be recommended that the client takes it, to reinforce the fixes from the session. However, this is completely up to the individual. It is advised because the added nutrition will help the body heal faster and become stronger.

How quickly will I see an improvement?

This is dependent on how willing you are to listen to the advice given and take it fully on board. Are you ready to potentially make some changes? Some illnesses take months (or years) before symptoms begin to show. Symptoms appear for a reason and that reason is sometimes due to habits or certain lifestyle choices. We will aim to give you the information and tools you need to empower you to take your health into your own hands.

That said you should see big improvements within 3-4 sessions and there should also be a noticeable difference after the first. We will keep detailed notes of your sessions and symptoms so we can refer back and keep a progress report on how things are developing.

Is Systematic Kinesiology painful?

For the most part, Systematic Kinesiology is quite relaxing, especially when the meridians are traced and the energy points are held. The only time it can get uncomfortable is when any lymph massage is applied. This however is an important part of the treatment and the pain tends to disappear after a few minutes. Communication will always be upheld to make sure the client is comfortable. We want you to be as relaxed as possible so the body can begin to heal.

Where are you based?

I live in Falmouth, Cornwall but spend time in Enfield, North London regularly. I tend to visit on a monthly basis so can offer Systematic Kinesiology services in both Cornwall and North London.
