How I was introduced to Kinesiology
When I was in my twenties, I had a long-standing gut issue, which went on for a number of years. Naturally, I sought help and went to see the doctor. Sadly, the long-term medication prescribed had undesirable side effects. I felt powerless and in pain, so I decided to seek a more holistic form of treatment to stop taking the medication and attempt to heal the root of the problem. Subsequently, I found Kinesiology and within 3 months I was completely healed. I have not had a relapse since or had to take medication for the condition again. Needless to say, I found Kinesiology fascinating.

My passion is health and well-being. I feel blessed to have found something that I love, which also has huge positive benefits for others. For me, Kinesiology has been life-changing and I truly believe it has that capability for everyone.
